MSI Freeze when trying to quit...

Hi!
After installing it 3 times, it always doing the same thing... after the first installation, in stand alone mode, I could not set the preferences. MSI was freezing each time I click on Preferences...
Now it's working, but it's doing the same thing as after the 3 installs: It's a little bit long to open when I launch the application (in stand alone or as a vst instrument in Cubase) and in stand alone mode, it's freezing when I try to close the application... I have to make "end task" to close it...
Anyone ever heard about this problem?
Also, in Cubase SX3, when the MSI window in open and I click, let's say, record enable on a MIDI track, the MSI window become all black with sometimes parts of graphics...
