¿How to mastering my DPs Projects?

Hello guys,
I want to bounce a mix of a jazz record I have made last week but I don't know if is better apply the process of mastering over the aiff stereo bounced file of my mix or putting the effects in the Master track of the same session of the record.
¿Work fine for this purpose the Worksmaster Limiter and Compresor of motu? (included in DP).
