Finished Exotica Tracks

These tracks have been done with my current set-up. I performed and recorded the guitars and some percussion, everything else is from Sampletank, Apple Loops and some other loop CDs.
They are finished and lined-up for release but your comments are welcome none the less!

The distortion on Tiki Traveling Theme is only in the realaudio streams, not the actual soundfiles. The drums on Fatu Hiva are quite a bit lower now.

Cool surf music. Did you use DP at all for any of this? No mention of it in your profile or signature. Is surf music big in Germany?

When I started out with harddisk recording, I used Audiodesk - for the first album The Tiki & The Guitar.
After that all the compilation entries and the new Tiki Traveling album were recorded in Digital Performer.
Surfmusic is big in Germany, in terms of tv-background music and used to be on a number of ads, too. But records are not sold many, and live it••™s much smaller now than ten years ago, which was the height of the post Pulp Fiction hype.
