Problems loading recovered files Audio Desk

I'm trying to bring back some troubled Audio Desk files that were lost in a hard disk crash and then recovered using a hard disk recovery program. I was very happy to find many of the files are fully recovered.
Of the files that are not properly loading, here's what's going on.
1) I get a message that says the file was created in a later version of Audio Desk and it will not load because of the Audio Desk version I'm using. This is not true because I have only used one version of Audio Desk 1.02
2) An error occured while reading from the disk. The file "Beat 202" was not loaded.
