I want to install a larger drive in my Mac G4 and keep all the same settings of the oiriginal, it has all of my programs, plugins, settings etc..I know in OS9 you could just copy your drive over but I don't think I can do that in OSX. So I basicly want to clone this drive into my replacement drive....
Any advice?
Thanks,
Eddie

Note that you may still have to reauthorize plugins if they use the hard disk as part of their copy protection scheme.

As much as folks complain about iLok, it eliminates authorization hassles

I don't think you have to reauthorize once your iLok is set up. Just install the Waveshells on your partition and plug in your pre-authorized iLok, unless my memory is foolin' me (I last did this a few months back, but I recall things going really smoothly.)
