Powermac g4 dual 1ghz crashes

Hello,
I have a Powermac g4 dual 1ghz. Running 10.4.6 and DP 5.1 and 4.6. Using an HD 192. It has been crashing frequently.
I have have reinstalled the system four times. The last install was on a new hard disk. I have installed DP 5.1 five times, it too was installed on the fresh new hard disk. I have removed all cards including the PCI-424X card and ran DP 5.1 using the Traveler. When using the Traveler it didn't crash, but did start to run very slow at times sometimes it would spin the beach ball for up to 20 minutes.
MOTU replaced my PCI-424 card.
I replaced my memory with 1gb of new ram from OWC. I suspected it was bad so they replaced it, but I am still getting crashes.
I am trying to record 10 tracks of 96k/24bit.
I did all that MOTU tech support had to offer. Repaired permissions everytime. Did uninstalls and reinstalls. Trashed preferences, etc.
Anyone have any input or ideas?
This post may be a little late since I just ordered a new MacPro 2.66ghz today.
