Mail will not open

Every time i try to open my mail
it gives mre this messige
mail canot update your mailboxes because your home directory
is full
i just started doing ithis out of nowhere
please somene help

i would imagine the issue is exactly as it says - your home directory (which resides on your primary hard drive) is full. free up some space by trashing some files you no longer need, and you should be all set.

you normally want to keep at least 2-3GB available for mac os x to run efficiently. this free space is typically used for temp files & swap space.

Or try a forum THAT IS FOR MAC USAGE! Like Apple forums..., MacFixIt, etc. We don;t care much about the mail program around here. Nothing personal... (Got music?)
