Does anyone use a Telos One Hybrid?

We produce radio and TV spots and have the need to use a phone patch for some projects.. For example using a remote producer or client ( out of studio) to direct the talent in the studio on Mic. The talent should be able to hear the remote guy as well as speak on mic and the producer hear him. On top of that we in the Control Room should be able to communicate with both the talent and producer..
We are testing a Telos One Hybrid and not having any sucesss getting it to work.
Does anyone on this forum use a phone patch with a similar setup?
If so, any help would be greatly appreciated!
