Hi,
I have a traveler and a new macbook pro. Everything worked fine until yesterday, the traveler doesn 't appear anymore in the motu audio setup.
I changed the firewire cable, reinstalled the drivers, nothing. The mac is still alimenting the traveler via the firewire cable.
Can someone help please ???

I tried before and it did nothing...
The mac powers the traveler via the firewire, but there's no exchange between the two... I don't understand

So, I have got the same problem. I wrote many E-Mails with the technical support and this problems seems to be a Mac Book Pro problem.
I've reinstalled my whole system, installed the NEWEST drivers, and made everything ready.
The Traveler apperas in the setup menu, but it send's only every 4 to 5 seconds a short signal.
The Cue Mix Consolue does the same, even the audio setup. The whole data-transfer is currupted.
At the SAME Mac Book Pro, I had installed Windows under Boot Camp. There it worked abolutley flawless.
The technical engineer of MotU said, that it must be a driver Problem.
We found out, that Audio Desk was bad written, but this was a secondary bug-found.
The main problem is not solved. Because, it works under windows, but not under MAC OS X, tells me, that the hardware is O.K.
It is definitive a driver problem. The question is now:
Are the drivers from MotU bad, or is it OS X ???
I hope a technical guy will look at this issue.
And we are not alone. Even in the Apple-support forum, there are people, who said, that they have this issue.
Maybe MotU and Apple should sit some hours together to analyse this problem.
