Changing Outputs Quickly

i have a mix that is set with each track's output on the main 1&2 (32 tracks)..i want to switch the output to the spdif. is there an easy way to do this without going to each track and picking the new output? it'd be nice to define it somewhere else and it'd assign it automaticlly.

As I understand it... the SPDIF output is ALWAYS live... it's the output, just digital. But if you want to assign an input... well, things are a little different and there's no way around it.

Make a new bundle called Mix, assign it to 1&2. Assign all your tracks to Mix. Switch Mix to SPDIF and all the tracks will follow. Bundles are shift-U or Studio menu | Bundles.

if you already have the SPDIF output created in the bundle window, select all the tracks in the Track Overview, hit Option+A and in the output section, select the SPDIF out and tick "change all out selected tracks to this output" (it reads something like that - i don't have DP on the macbookpro i'm typing this on).
