MIDI CONTROLLER ISSUE (CME UF6)

AND THE HITS JUST KEEP ON COMING!!! Ha Ha Ha...
Ok Ok..Heres an issue I'm having...
I am triggering all my internal and external pieces just fine ..But after i roll the controller knobs to adjust the Cutoff or Res. I get all the MIDI send LEDS on the MIDI timepiece blinking away..And I look at my modules and all their MIDI leds are blinking... I then do a reset on The UF6 and all is well until I go to grab the controller knob again.. But as far as playing keys its fine. No stickage .. Anyone have any ideas?
