Help. DP quits when i open soundbites window

Hi. I need help because DP 5 is acting strange. Now quits everytime i open the soundbites window. Tried to trash preferences, uninstall, repaired permissions and nothing happens. But i created a new user account, installed it and works fine. So, what should i do? I don't want to have 2 accounts.
BTW, DP4.61 was working fine, but i thought it might be some incompatibility and uninstalled it.

Try deleting the most recent fade and analysis files in your project (view by date modified in the Finder). I have found -- in version 4 at least -- that sometimes these files can get corrupted and cause DP to crash, sometimes even right when the project is opening.
Also repair permissions and use Tech Tool or Disk Warrior. Those often help with these kinds of problems, in my experience.

Thanks, but that's not the problem. DP is crashing with new empty projects. I think i'll go back to 4.61 for sometime...
