I put a post some minutes before put this second post (you can find the first at : stereo track to mono track question, please help me!

I simple wanna be expalin that i just solve my problema about conversion of a streo track to 2 mono track.

About my english sorry again it's not my fault if i don't speak very well, but i speak fluently in italian and polish language eheheh (really).

what is the easiest way to convert a stereo file to 2 mono tracks?
if i drag a stereo sound file directly out of the tracks window, to a hard drive over an ethernet network, it turns it to 2 mono files, but if i do the same thing within the same computer it stays a stereo file.
