Macbook Pro- DP 4.5 tested

Yep, sorry...Doesn't work!!! Wanted to try but no luck...I hope MOTU release DP 5 for PSS and intel at the same time... :?

Since 4.5 wont even work with Tiger (or its not supposed to) on a PPC
mac, what made you think it would work on an Intel?

Huh? What do you mean 4.5 won't work with Tiger on a PPC? Works just fine. I'd say most folks on this board are running Tiger...

Hmmm...I think you might be right, forgot that 4.6 update was a tiger update...Will install 4.61 and keep you posted!!!

Just tried 4 tracks 44.1 /16 for a minute-just turned on mics- and it is working...

Macbook 2Ghz, 2RAM, 7200 RPM, Traveller, DP 6.1... :D

Here's what MOTU officially says:

The latest shipping version of Digital Performer (Version 4.6) is already Tiger compatible. No update is necessary. If you are running an earlier version of Digital Performer, you'll need to upgrade to Version 4.6 to ensure compatibility.

Rewired DP 6.1 and Reason today...And recorded some MIDI and audio..feels like early G4s...But yes, it is working...MBP is fat but many kernel panics...
