MX4 as Efect in PT7

I can't use my MX4 as a effect (filters, delays...) in PT7
I'm try it in this way:
I make an Auxiliar track and open the MX4 (Plug in multichannel) and activate the audio imput button (and the stereo on the right).
On a Audio Track open the send bus and it doent sound.
I have touched keyboard MIDI simultaneously.
With another plug in effect all is OK but with the MX4 (V.2) I can't, what's I make wrong?

Are you starting with one of the input effect patches?
Have you turned up the input knob for the external input?
Is MX4 listening to the correct bus?

I'm having the same problem... do you think it might be a PT's 7 thing? Not optimised for PT 7 yet?

I think you're right, so Motu don't optimized The MX4 for PT 7

Does it work if you pull up MX4 on an insert on the voice track you're trying to affect, assign a MIDI Track to it and play some notes while playing back?
