That was the case here. A big pile of installer apps that all work differently is no less a PITA than the previous situation where we had loads of different authorization methods. And I liked to keep copies of the installers, except looking back, I’ve probably only ever gone back to one of the backed-up installers to point out to TDR that one of their installers at V4.1 was identical to the v4.0 installer. I like to keep installers on hand, "just in case," however I'm beginning to think I'm just being overly cautious. On occasion I've had to re-install and older version if I have problems with an update.
