Sheesh. I never thought a link would result in such OT controversy. I fastidiously try to avoid such drama, as I avert social media as much as possible. I really hope that context plays a much more important role than gut impressions. I recall a post to the long dead "National Geographic Magazine" that asked the question "What is the difference between grave robbing and archeology?". The simple answer was "intent".
I figured, if there was anything controversial I posted, it was the reference to a Rudyard Kipling book a couple of days ago. One never knows when one stumbles backwards into dog $h!t.

The only controversy it caused for me is whether or not to submit my email address to yet another on-line entity.
The recorder won. Thanks for the link!

Yea, I didn't think my comment was that controversial or would send the thread off the rails. But I stand by it.
Welcome to my world, as well.
5 free vocal libraries for KONTAKT incl. 1 for KONTAKT Playe

Moving on…
4 of the 5 require a paid version of Kontakt but, if all you want is to get your inner 10cc on, Soniccouture’s Tape Choir works with the free Kontakt Player.

As someone making part of my living working with real choirs and vocal groups, I don't have much interest in these but I'd hate to deprive anyone of the opportunity, right?

Pendulate from Newfangled Audio

Unleash Chaos
Bored of the same old synth sounds? Newfangled Audio's Pendulate is refreshingly different. Pendulate is a chaotic monosynth that uses a brand new double-pendulum-oscillator to create previously unheard sounds - biting basses, searing leads, and gritty textures. It can smoothly fade from a sine wave to total chaos, with an expanse of territory to explore in between.
Pendulate from Newfangled Audio is free—no license required. A few sites have this. As I am already an Eventide customer, might as well download it from them.

I can't imagine I'll have a use but one never knows and the price is right.

A rare freebie from Waves. You'll need an active Waves account to get it. Also need to download/install by 9/15.

Normally $49 US, free for an unspecified period of time.
If you want to experiment with virtual-modular synthesis, it doesn't come any better than this for the price:

I stand corrected then mate; it
does come better at the same price of $0.
Couple o' things 'though:
1) The one I linked to includes presets and this one doesn't AFAICT.
2) The VCV Rack requires that you download modules, which, with a current choice of 2,277, could involve a lot of research and head-scratchin'.
3) It's an application; I see no AU / VST-style plugin version.

Same observations here. You'd have be an "enthusiast".

Indeed, Stoivo, and as per our recent discussion I've thrown my propellerhead cap into the bin.
