That would be my guess as well. I (and others) have had permissions and preferences changed without notice when making system changes in general and/or installing and updating apps. No doubt it all boils down to the plist. If the new install trashes the old plist, of in some cases, creates a new one that is compatible with the new software, then the chances of "inheriting" preferences is greatly diminished.Armageddon wrote:
