No matter how many times I try, it times out after 60 seconds when I hit the button to join the group buy.

Firefox and Camino, which are both way faster than Safari, never got past the first page.

Safari eventually gets to the login page, but then times out when I try to create an account.

Was successful at work. Either due to Windows vs. mac, or due to hour of the day. I use Firefox only at work, but at home on the Mac I use Firefox, Camino, and Safari (but haven't used Opera in awhile on either system).

Confused about shipping as it was $10 vs. the quoted $25, and as download-only was not offered. This flies in the face of what was said at KVR about not being allowed to mix-and-match shipping methods, with the freebie (one free effect for each purchased effect) being download-only. Or maybe it just means I can only get a hard copy of the freebie later on, and thus will pay shipping (which isn't much, when UPS Ground). Either way it's a deal, as long as I'm not somehow disqualified.

Try emailing this guy and telling him what you want.

Go to iK and create a user account. Go to downloads and type in your codes.
