I didn't read the whole thread, but, did someone mentioned automatic delay compensation for ANALOG inserts (just like Nuendo 3 and Cubase SX 3 do) and a ANALOG insert just like pro tools...
Some things inspired by a new member:
1. Peak Hold toggle in Mixer, Meter Bridge, and Audio Monitor-- global and per channel
2. Clip Retention toggle in the Mixer and Meter Bridge and not just in the Audio Monitor. Currently, Retain Clip is activated only in the Audio Monitor
2a. Key Command for Retain Clip? This current feature has no Key Command.
2b. Key Command for Peak Hold

3. We have nice track folders. What if there were an *option* when grouping tracks into folders post facto to actually GROUP the selected tracks as they were placed into folders?
Let's say you had 12 channels of background vocals. While placing these tracks into folders you could simultaneously create a Mixer track group with an option-click or some toggle switch from a mini menu.
