I just saw that PSP has introduced an all-new version of their PianoVerb. Looks interesting, and still free.

Someone else now gets to market to me. Can't be helped, I guess.
Still went for it, however, and, while there I went to this page
https://www.eventideaudio.com/support/downloads
and discovered that all of my other Eventide plug-ins needed updating.
The nice thing is that you don't have to log into your User account or open iLok to update. Just download and install the latest and you're good. This includes old freebies.

When doing the PianoVerb update, be careful to pay attention to which one got updated (I can't re-check this from the office, but think it was V1 vs. V2, which is counter-intuitive, but I think V2 might have been non-free).
I downloaded both installers and then figured out from the file dates, which was the new one.

PianoVerb is the freebie
PianoVerb2 is the paid version. Nominal price is $69 but you can get it for quite a bit less if you shop around. It has some very interesting features.

I have a sacrificial land line, my historic number connected via Ooma for $4/mo.
But I like your number better.

Also keep a landline I never use unless someone sends or needs a fax, but it's not sacrificial. If someone is incapacitated and can't talk and dials 911 from a cell, there's no address info. In a landline, if you dial 911 and leave an open line, they will come and find you. My wife fell a few years ago and broke her jaw. If i wasn't there, she probably wouldn't have been able to get help otherwise.
