I'll try the AU when I have a chance.

What I found I had to do with the UADx AUs is just brute force my way through launching DP. AU validation will work. But then, if you quit DP and re-launch, DP will do it's "Gathering info" routine on the plugins and that's where it crashes. I simply kept relaunching and relaunching until it made it though... defined as DP launching twice in a row without crashing. Yes, shouldn't be necessary. One I got through that... things were okay.

PSP Audioware Lexicon PSP42 updated from 2.0 to 2.0.1

PSP updated their PSP42 plugin. This is the newer AS-native version... not the legacy obviously.

Has anyone tried the Intel version of this update? It seems like all the controls are working, but the input meter (labeled "Headroom") isn't working on my system (it's not lighting up, so I have no way of knowing what the input level actually is). I've tried cranking the input all the way up, and I can hear it, but I can't see it.

Hooray! Miracles never cease! Just saw today that TC Electronic has Apple Silicon native versions of their plugs out today! Rats... not home right now. But looking forward to this as I have the DT-2290 and DT-8210 plugs!!

iZotope Vocal Doubler now updated from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0. Big change seems to be the AAX version supports Apple Silicon.

iZotope Vocal Doubler updated from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0

iZotope Vocal Doubler now updated from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0. Big change seems to be the AAX version supports Apple Silicon.

RX10, RX 10 Advanced, Vinyl and Vocal Synth 2 also.

Remember that iZotope doesn't remove the downloads after installing. Now that they are part of NI, perhaps the license manager will someday clean up its mess as Native Access has done for years.

I bought the Native UAD 1176 collection. All run great on my M1/DP11 as long as I use the VST3 versions. The AU versions self-immolate after a single launch within DP; they somehow get themselves marked as "FAILED" after one instantiation.

Apparently, I lied. Then VST3 version of one of the UA 1176 ran fine within a project, but when attempting to re-open the saved file, DP crashed repeatedly. Disabling the UA 1176 VST3 restored things to copasetic.

I'll try the AU when I have a chance.

Updated to the latest UA. The 1176 Collection now appears to work properly as AU Plugins within DP11.22 on M1 Mac/Ventura. Since AU is now working, I did not bother trying the VST3.

Yep. I actually not mind this. It gives me the opportunity to go into the Downloads folder and archive the installer before I delete it. I have a habit of saving installers.

RX10 Advanced Updated from v10.4.1 to v10.4.2

Not sure what changes were, but after running installer it looks like there is no AU version of RX10AmbienceMatch anymore... only an AAX. I wrote to iZotope about it.

I can’t check at the moment. My new Studio isn’t here and my iMac Pro is at Apple waiting for a new screen (long story—thank goodness that AppleCare has only a $99 deductible and it’s covering a new keyboard, too).

2023/09:28: v2.2.3 bug in previous version caused hardware option to stop working

I did this update, and it failed. Although I have a licence that worked for 2.2.2, it went into demo mode with the demo expired, and I was prompted for an activation file. I used the file that came with the 2.2.3 download, but it was not recognized. Also had problems keeping the activation panel on screen. Navigating to the activation file made it disappear.

I send a support request but got nothing back.

Yes, indeed. I received a response from iZotope support (why oh why does my OCD force me to comply with capitalizing the "Z" in iZotope just to go along with their branding?) stating that some functions are not available in all plugin formats. Apparently for that one AAX is the only format supported. Seems weird to me, but that's their answer and their sticking to it!
