Re: AmpGUI7 (always updating first post)
Yup, Just tried it and It's gorgeous...
I would even be tempted to ask you
to try the pan numbers and the volume numbers on the mixing board. But leave the blue inserts though.
If you have two seconds of course.

Re: AmpGUI7 (always updating first post)
This is how insane my mod addiction has gotten:

They are, left to right:
Clarity Silver & Gold
Night
Jade
Gold
Aquarius
I'm just trying them in different circumstances to see how they hold up in actual use. For example, as much as I love Night, it does make it difficult to edit MIDI Controller Data. Aquarius likewise, since the background in that pane is almost the same color as some of the controller icons.
So, I may use those when I'm not doing MIDI. They are great for playback, when playing music for people. They'd be great for backstage since they aren't so bright.
So, that's what I'm doing. Trying them each in different work modes and determining when I can use what. I don't want to remove any of them at the moment. Is this crazy? Five copies of the same version of DP? MOTU has got to fold this into the app as a skinning feature. Preferably they should do this about 2 updates ago, so that I don't have to manually mod any more updates, but that'd be a physical impossibility, so maybe in the next update! (Yeah, right.)
Well, I'll just have to keep hand-modding them.
Ritual thanks to Amplidood!

Indeed. I know I keep thanking you, Amplidood, but I just can't thank you enough (and I don't even have DP7 yet). I'll be ready for DP7 some time after Christmas (due to works in progress).Shooshie wrote:Ritual thanks to Amplidood!

Thanks Shoosh. How cool to see my icons on someone's dock like that. Fun stuff.
I really wish there were separate xml parameters for the background of different edit windows. I'd even like to have them different for MIDI and audio tracks in the SE. I hope everyone uses the DefaultStyle.xml ref guide to find what they'd like to tweak.
