Shooshie wrote: Yeah, that was a difficult thread. Very difficult. And I still have exactly the same position now that I had then. Haven't changed a bit, other than the potential of the custom consoles, which may not work at all, but which are specific enough that they might be usable in the context of a never-changing template.
In that case I hope you are up for round two :)

I've been keeping a Text document where I've been writing about DP workflow ideas, feature suggestions and a wish list as I work on projects. In fact, that document is ALWAYS opened, since I put it in a Startup Clipping.

I will certainly share it with you guys when the time comes, so we can talk about them.

P.S. Your hair comment made me laugh because I've seen your picture and you DO have long hair... I can picture Shooshie with all that hair up as if it were electrified

Note to self: Start monkeying around with Consoles...

What a great fallacy site! I wrote -- longhand -- all the logical fallacies listed in the Encyclopedia Brittanica in my journal back in the early 1980s, and I use it to this day. But that site has a lot more types of fallacies than I recorded, and I need to read them all.

I've always used the logical fallacies as a starting point in any argument, whether or not I point it out to the other person. It orients you and helps you get your bearings, knowing what to focus on.

Now I've got to find that graphic you posted. I have no idea what it says, but it looks interesting. Do you have a link to it?

It makes absolutely no difference to me. Really.

I had already found it. Now I have no idea why it's relevant here, but I'm open to suggestions.

Just a bit of levity describing how I felt following several threads at once. (bad joke explained).

You know, that was originally what I saw. When I started trying to figure out what it was, it became something else. But it was funny as a thumbnail.

Yeah, that's a good reference site for logical fallacies. It's quite similar to the one I use (thanks, CutTime!).

The one who does that deserves a #4 in the b2 (Ok, in the b9).

Well, if you take pure MIDI .... but the VST Expression Cubase has now for some versions are really great when it comes to work with modern sample libraries ... Cubase took over the crown there. When it comes to working with scores Logic provides the mixed Score/matrix editor, which is great ....

Of course the old thing about MIDI regions, etc.

Just my thoughts
