Stop it guys... I'm getting verklempt! :) It's so very kind of you to say. Oh, and MLC, you wondered when the Santa picture was going to show up? Here you go. This is sort of a tradition... every year I mail out about 1,000 of them to friends/fans from social media who sign up for them. I'm not letting them see it yet until the card arrives in their mailbox. But I don't think many of them come here to this site. This is what the postcard looks like. I'm really happy with it this year. :) So Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to my fellow 'cornies! (I guess only the long-timers around here will know what that means!)

My gym membership expired a couple of months ago. Tough year. I had to prioritize some bills. Ended up doing some website work for a friend and she offered to renew my membership for me online. Been back at it for a little over a week and trying to stay on a schedule. Disappointing to see though how you decline over just a couple of months. I had to reduce the weight I was using on all the upper body stuff by 10-15 lbs.

oh, and lest you get the wrong idea, I'm not some sort of gym rat or guy who's even close to being "buff"... I'd like to maybe get in decent shape, but that's it. Main reason was to try to take care of myself as I get older so I can continue to keep active in my later years.

Oh and I have to say this... another person/entity to thank is Sweetwater. That banner you see at the top helps make it all possible to. So throw them some of your business when you can. :)
