You have some seriously cool music there. I think some of your patches or samples are dated and wimpy*, but your playing and compositions are excellent, and make for very enjoyable listening. You are talented. Thanks for posting.
* Is this because you're writing for a video game, and intend on using the OS software synths?

Oh, hey there Jim. That's actually a pretty good idea going through and checking stuff out! Sometimes music gets "lost" in the directory and I forget what's there.
I'm glad you checked those pieces out now because I am about to start clearing the music directory to make more space for our project. There is tons of stuff in there from the past 4 years or so.
99.5 percent of the compositions you see there are mine. Sometimes I'd host a classical piece here or there but it's probably not too difficult to see what doesn't fit.
I've actually recently started using better soundsynths, though the majority of what you see in there is outdated material and definitely WIMPY sounding.
lol. That's alright. I've progressed a lot with my manipulation of synths and have better samples now.
I appreciate your nice comments on my music. As far as the video game 'sound' goes, I was striving for that when I started writing compositions for the project, but I am beginning to rethink that. It just doesn't cut it these days.
For the purposes of comparison, here's a piece I composed in 2004 next to the "same" theme I composed in the past few months.
