As an RX Post Production Suite 7.5 owner, I was supposed to get RX11 Advanced upgrade free — and I did as promised

According to my iLok account, I have been upgraded to RX PPS 8.0. Ok... I have no idea if this applies to everyone but in the past, I've reached out to iZotope over promised upgrades that I didn't get and they were handled to my satisfaction. Such was not necessary today.

Interesting. I should check my iLok account. I’m a 7.5 owner as well and if I go to my account and look at loyalty offers it offers me an upgrade for hundreds of dollars. $499 I think. IZotope Portal doesn’t show any new download available. Hmmm. Need to write them.

The license wasn't in my iLok account till after I downloaded RX11A, then it appeared and I dragged it into my iLok. Only then did it appear in my iZotope Account — along with my $499 Everything Loyalty offer, of course. Uh guys… I already own everything….

I stand corrected. It's telling me I can upgrade for $299. Hmmm... maybe I bought it prior to some cutoff date? Dunno. Ugh.

Registering/redeeming a license after buying from GC/MF is a royal PIA but I did figure it out and it does work.

Once I saw it being discussed and acknowledged on the NI chat boards that iZotope had no way of verifying update eligibility, I stopped keeping quiet about it. I expect this to be fixed someday but until then…

Don't know if some here remember the Airwindows plugins. They had very minimal GUIs... actually maybe none... they looked like basic Apple AUs if I recall correctly. Anyway, the developer has a plugin now called Airwindows Consolidated that is basically all the separate plugins rolled into one. You can choose what effect you want from the GUI. It's sort of a Swiss army knife. Available as standalone, AU, VST3, CLAP.

As far as I can tell this "consolidated version" is relatively new and so it's undergoing frequent updates. You can check the link above periodically to see if there's a new one.

I see this is available at more than one site. I got it from Eventide, and going to check for this update, I noticed maintenance upgrade for most of their products.

Boz Digital Big Clipper 2 updated to 2.1.0

Boz really isn't very good about informing users of updates. I just did one of my periodic checks and discovered Big Clipper had been updated from 2.0.9 to 2.1.0. I have no idea what the changes were. Can't find them.
