The same comp rule could of course apply to FM as it has one flat. So the note would be F.

It could be in the relative minors.
For GM= em
For FM=dm

I like G and F as they are the true ONE's in their key; after all a minor is really a 6th. I am being a purist here as it sort of is a matter of perspective.

One thing will layering of the note be allowed or just one layer?
To be truly one every thing needs to be kept to one.
