Bounce to Disk (Super Wide) Finder Window Bug ?

The issue has affected me with DP 9.52 and Mojave (as well High Sierra).

Has anyone confirmed this is fixed in any recent DP 10 release?

I never saw the problem in DP 9 while running High Sierra on an old iMac or a MBP. The MBP is maxed out at High Sierra, but I have the latest build of DP 10 on it, and I don't this happening.

My Mini came with Mojave and I never installed DP 9 on it, going straight to DP 10. I've never seen the problem on this computer either.

I recall someone somewhere saying this was associated with a specific graphics chip or driver.

I was wondering if having a 2nd monitor on one specific side or another might be a common thread. (my 2nd monitor is on the left). In my experience, once it "breaks", it won't fix itself. The clean install fixed it temporarily.

It IS possible as was suggested in this thread that exporting more than one file at a time might cause the glitch to start, after which even single file exports show the same issue.

And if it's still an issue (due to some combination of factors) in DP 10, I might as well not upgrade.

I inferred from both JSmith and Kurt's posts that they had this bug with v10 (but I don't know if it was the current version).

I guess another important question is whether MOTU listed this as a fixed bug in any of their detailed release notes for any 10.xx release.

I had it initially but was able to then resize the window and it “stuck”. No problem since.

Was that in the current version of DP?

I just tried exporting a single file and the navigation window was normal and resizable. Then I selected multiple soundbites for export and it broke again, showing a 20-something screens wide window. At first there was some resizing available (sort of) but changes seemed to make it bigger. I cancelled and went back to a single file again, and it remained broken, but more non-responsive.

It looks like if I quit DP, and relaunch it, and limit myself to exporting one file at a time, that might work as a workaround. If I need to export more files, I can access them from the audio folder and batch convert them with another app.

I’m on DP 10.13 and Catalina 10.15.7.

I can export single or multiple files without the wide window. For me this was fixed in whatever version of DP it was that mentioned the fix in the release notes (maybe DP 10.11?).
