Good to hear that MX4 is all-MOTU, so there's no threat of it going away.
As for Falcon, I played with it briefly last night, but not enough to tell whether the copy of SparkReverb that it ships yet is the full product or a dumbed-down version. I think UVI Workstation and MachFive might have already had it though; the separate product is apparently all about having it available as its own AU/VST for use in other contexts.
I wrote a bit more about Falcon on the MachFive forum today. I got it dirt cheap, so can't complain.
