Good catch. I no longer have anything running on Lion and we don't know what the other OS is.
With Lion or Snow Leopard, are you booted into the 64bit kernel?
With later OS, it's not an issue as you can't boot into 32bit.

I am running the latest Yosemite.
I just did "Get Info" on another app and it only has the app nap box.

So it's not a DP issue. Something is not right with the OS X setup.

I just did "Get Info" on another app and it only has the app nap box.
Is it possible that you don't have privileges to change it? Are you logged in with admin privileges? Is DP on your boot drive?
