That's why when you asked who to buy a hard drive from I said OWC,I'd rather pay a buck or 2 more for their 1st class support and customer service.
I bought my Mac used with 24gig of ram from OWC already installed,when I asked them if it would still be covered as I wasn't the original purchaser,tech support said yes it's covered! If this is correct how cool is that?
They also have the most knowledgable and friendly tech support staff I've ever encountered.
OWC rocks!!
