Got mine, but it wasn't easy.

Man oh man, what a sweet synth! Just got Komplete 8, but the minimoogV is a great compliment.

I got it downloaded and installed last night. It really does sound similar to a real minimoog, just cleaner. I know because I have one. Great job Arturia, and a big thank you to them for releasing this. I am just now getting into virtual synths. I always used real hardware previously. This was a great introduction to the quality that Arturia creates.

I know little about torrents and, frankly, don't care that I know so little. I have only heard of them in regards to piracy. I didn't even know that I had a torrent client installed on my Mac.

The email that came with my serial number has a pair of attachments. Clicking on one opened up the Opera browser and downloaded it in a couple of minutes in its torrent client. Afterwards, I noticed that it has been uploading (seeding) the files to others. A legal use of torrents... Who knew?

Before that, the Opera browser was the only one where the FTP client was able to connect and download the file. It took 3 hours to download 101MB. Yikes! All modern browsers have built in FTP clients - Safari and Chrome couldn't connect; Firefox downloaded multiple files with zero data.

I think that Opera installed with Leopard. This was the first time I'd ever used it and only when nothing else was working. When I opened, it asked to update, I then was able to connect and download.

Thanks for sharing info here, kgdrum.

Just received, installed and authorized.
Great!

The *map* sound browser is stunning and awesome.
It shows an intuitive graphic morphing utility.

I think I'll get some use of this little sound-maker on some of my next projects.

I just got mine as well.
I sent an Email to their tech support explaining that I couldn't get the activation code on line and they replied with a code.
Nice, thank you Arturia.
