Perhaps he's referring to; when random events fire from other tracks that are not in solo mode.

Billy, you beat me to it - I was going to start the same thread. :D
I booked my copy the day after I learned of it at NAMM, so I'm essentially first in line in Jungleville. :D

I like the sound of 28 March for some reason.
Then again, it may well be Monday the 31st, just in the nick of time.

March 18, 2008. 10:01 AM EDT.

Sweetwater already has it in their catalog.
Of course, they had the 1200F in their catalog for like 2 years before it finally came out.

For some reason, I thought I remembered upgrades only being direct sale.

I guess I should call my Sweetwater rep then to make sure I'm reserved a copy, as the first batch might go quickly?

Huh? I just checked the Sweetwater site and DP 6 is NOT listed, either as a new purchase or as an upgrade.

Electric Keys IS listed, however.

Maybe DP 6 is listed but hidden; it doesn't show up if traversing the product listing for MOTU products.

I remember back in the olden days before Performer was Digital. Computers were still steam driven. My studio used to get so hot. I warped several classic Fender Jazz Basses in the heat of the vacuum tubes.

Its got to be March 31- That's my birthday. I just ordered DP5 (because I went to X.5.2) to find out later thanks to the helpful people in this forum that they were incompatible. Ordered DP 5 to get myself working again with the understanding that any DP 5 orders placed after 1/1/08 will be given a complimentary upgrade to DP 6 (also info that I garnished from here- thanks) I confirmed this to be the case before ordering, and was pleased to find out that it was true. At least for me, the newness of 5 will tide me over until 6 comes out.
