Re: AmpGUI7 (always updating first post)
Wow... gotta say that Clarity is looking awesome! Are you going to put that newer style mixing board into it... with the newer solo/mute/rec/input buttons? Really love them. I guess Danillo was right... it IS possible to do them that way... too cool!

Think I'm gonna keep it small an light. Big and bold would just add to the noise that I'm trying to avoid in this one.danworks wrote:It does indeed

Clarity 1.1...
Re: AmpGUI7 (always updating first post)
Or just remove the letters altogether? "Auto" and the lines too. Other than new users, who can stick with the factory settings, is anyone actually reading this text?amplidood wrote:Think I'm gonna keep it small an light. Wow...Love it....
Re: AmpGUI7 (always updating first post)
Please everyone read the first post under the "things I can't do anything about". I got rid of the letters in other versions of the mod, but still had to deal with the white space left even after removing the text. I have not found any way to get rid of that white space. So this is what you will get, no matter what I do....

I dealt with this before by making the buttons wide and leaving a little tag on the side. The only way to completely get rid of it is by making the mixer background the same color. So it's either the white tag, or some lettering to actually add continuity and intelligibility. That white blip turns into a gnat in your eye.
And also, please read the disclaimer about suggestions. I can't please everyone.

Re: AmpGUI7 (always updating first post)
Could you put the letters on the buttons themselves rather than next to them? That small white space with no letters to the side is no big deal or distraction.

Please don't take my comment as criticism. This is great stuff, and its all down to minor tweaks. Given that there will be something where the white marks are, it may as well be smri. I suppose the same problems happens with "auto".amplidood wrote:Please everyone read the first post under the "things I can't do anything about". Actually no, fortunately the auto is a graphic and not a text string. I think they have several things set up to be launguage specific, which may be why they've left so much space for certain things.bayswater wrote:Please don't take my comment as criticism. Your comments are just fine, I just try to head off the deluge of suggestions sometimes because they can get out of hand. I mostly wish I could figure some of these annoying little things out and make the app do what I really want it to.
