That's great news about Voxengo porting to OSX.
I can't wait for CurveEQ to be available as an AU. It's wicked EQ with very nice signal monitoring.

Great news!

Two of the coolest free plugs have been updated:

Automat:
http://www.dontcrack.com/freeware/downl ... e/Automat/

LAConvolver
http://www.dontcrack.com/freeware/downl ... Convolver/

EDIT: It turns out that the LAConvolver version is from 19th October last year.
The site was just slow to post it, so some may already have it.
Sorry about that.

Automat is definitely new though! Yay!

Does anyone know how to make the line-in oscillator work in DP?

Cyanide 2 (distotion-filter kind of thing) by Bram@Smartelectronics is now a UB plug......

I just had a little play with it and it seems pretty good!

Downloaded Mac AU version, tried it with DP 5.13. Works.

Has anyone been able to load this on a G4, or with DP 4.61?

I downloaded the UpStereo plug-in, installed it, and it failed DP's AudioUnits Examination. So I downloaded a whole new copy of UpStereo, and -- after learning how to clear my AU Info Cache here, thanks guys! -- re-installed it

...and it failed DP's AudioUnits Examination again!

Any ideas? I'm running DP 4.61 under OSX 10.3.9 on a dual 1GHz G4 (MDD).

Nevermind. QuikQuak tells me the UpStereo plug-in only works with OSX 10.4 or later.

A bunch of new AUs have been posted at Don'tCrack:

Automat 1.0b23 AU UB:
http://www.dontcrack.com/freeware/downl ... e/Automat/#

Zimple-Gate:

Bitter Sweet - an audio transients dynamic processor:

Lastly, InstantSampler (handy for controlled glitching, apparently).
It sounds like we may have another "tape stop effect" contender in it too:

Have fun! :D

OK, so I installed the AU and a Pluggo VST is all I can find.
I couldn't find the plug whilst viewing the installer's contents, so reluctantly ran it after confirming I'd clicked the correct download link.

I've perused Pierre's French site but can't find it there either.
Sorry about the bum steer. Hopefully the link will get sorted out soon.

Pierre, eh? Looks like a serious chap.

His resume' etc look quite impressive, even if I can't understand a word of it.
As always, the question would be, "Does he deliver?"
Apparently not.

Just goes to show, dAn, that you can't beat a face-to-face interview if you're employing.
I imagine this fella's resume' could look quite impressive. :?

Again, sorry I allowed him and his minion collaborators (folks who post his links) to pull the wool over my eyes.
