How many folks are using DP Mixerless?

I thought I've look at everything.
This is what I've been looking for.
Thanx to everyone for posting details I've learned allot here.

I clock my 828 from the FS using the wordclock. A short BNC cable is all that is required. I use the FS I/O as my primary I/O, and it sounds very good.

I'm trying to use the FS as a clock for my 2408km3 but can't seam to get it working.
What setting do I have to change?
I have BNC out on the FS to BNC in on the 2408

On DP hardware setup you must set the sync from internal to WC.
Disclaimer: I'm on train, not in front DP, but it should work afair

I'm still missing something.
If I plug into channel 1 on the FS I get a light to bank b on the front of the 2408.
But when I add a track in DP all I see is analog 1-8 I don't see the FS which I assume would show up as ADAT 1-8.
Is that right?

O happy joy I've got everything back on line.
Thanx for all the support I never would have made a change like this with out it.
My brain is still num from working with Cuemix but I can see how it can be used to patch through all kinds of outboard gear.
I thought my system was quite before but now its just crystal clear.
