Remote for vocal booth?

As you can there are options next to it. For example, the tracks or mixer displays on the iPad will update to reflect whatever the visible tracks are when you change windows in DP, etc.

If you have properly installed EuControl on your Mac, you should see a little "E" icon on your mac's menu bar.

You should click it and then a menu should open up like this and choose EuControl Settings:

Then choose the "Applications" tab and add Digital Performer to the list. I think you may have to drag the Digital Performer app in the Finder to that list in order to add it.

Oh... also forgot. Assuming you installed EuControl correctly and you found the "E" menu bar item... you may also need to add AvidControl as a control surface in EuControl Setup... may need to do that before you add the control surface in Digital Performer, but not necessarily.

So... have Avid Control running on your iPad connected to same WiFi network as your Mac.

Click the the "E" icon in the menu bar again... like described previously.

Then choose the "Surfaces" tab along the top. Below is a screen capture from my system. Ignore the other items in the left box... that just applies to my system. But see how I've selected "Avid Control... *available*"? Do that and then click the "Add" button indicated by the red arrow and it should then appear in the right box and you should see Avid Control on your iPad activate.

I'm sorry these steps are out of order here. Once you do that, you should be good. I'm going out of town tomorrow and I just don't have time to right a proper coherent step-by-step tutorial for getting this up and running right now.

I do not have the E beside the Avid on on my bar. I did instal and gave permission to both EUCON and MC client?

I also set up the EUCON control surface in my DP project.

Any suggestions?

The problem was in the install
It was set to custom install and only control selected by default
I said “ Let’s install all the options!!”

One of them worked

No worries. Be forewarned that Avid Control is DEEP! There’s a LOT it can do beyond basic transport and mixing. You can create and edit soft keys in the EuControl settings that can simulate key strokes or do other actions or series of actions. You can also edit plug-in parameters. It does an amazing amount of stuff for a free app!

I have a question if anyone have time and knowledge regarding Metagrid pro? I have meta grid pro in my iPad and my mac studio recognizes it .
Also my computer is running Metaverse

I am trying now to get the DP integration. I have it selected to DP on MG pro. I downloaded the DP integration zip file to both my computer and laptop? Not sure which needed it.

Does anyone know How do I install it so DP will show on my iPad? Thanks in advance!
