Articulations can be changed globally on multiple selected notes, the top note being the guide, but changing a legato to marcato on multiple tracks is possible now.

For the last MANY updates, I've chimed on about a persistent bug with the NOTE RESPELL tool, which finally appears to be fixed. For past updates, I'd launch DP, and within 30 seconds could get the tool to fail. With 11.3, I was unable to get it to fail in the usual ways. I'm quite optimistic.

PHEEEEEW!!!!

Try this in DP 11.3:

1. Have the Shortcuts in your Control Panel
2. Select a MIDI track.
3. Option-click the QuickScribe Editor button. This opens the Notation Editor. (I didn't know that)
4. Click anywhere in the general note area of this window.

Did DP crash? Mine does consistently.

Yup. Crashed instantly. Also, I didn't know about that shortcuts thingy.

I also crashed. Actually my crash was a spinning beach ball and DP rendered unresponsive until I did a Force Quit. Crashes also if you open the Notation Editor using a right-click on the track in the TO.

I also sent an email about it directly to Jared at MOTU. It should get on their radar. DP 11.31 anybody? (I hate to even say that, because they did a seriously good job squashing bugs with 11.3 if you read the list of "fixes" in the readme!)

I'm getting a strange behavior with 11.3 on my M1 MacBook Pro, running the latest Ventura OS.

Every time I quit DP, I get this message:

"Digital Performer's state has been changed by another application. Do you want to:

a. "Save A Copy As' with another name
b. Overwrite the current state
c. Force quit without saving. "

I just choose "Overwrite" and then quit.

Just curious as to whether anyone else is experiencing a similar issue. I have no idea what "another application" is. This isn't happening with 11.3 on my 2019 7.1 Mac Pro running the same OS.

just had to open some rather large projects from 2020 done in 11.12 in 11.3 and instead of taking 30 seconds to populate up and load plugins in, it was almost instantaneous. That's going to take some getting used to. 100+ tracks and more plugins than tracks, DP has never been as fast for me. M1 Max 14" MacBook Pro driving a 4k 55" monitor.

You mean the last Ventura OS! Some of us are on Sonoma now! Get with it! (Sorry... just kidding!)

Haven't seen this myself. Very odd. Might have something to do with "Resume" from a Google Search I did. Mike?? Oh Mike?

I'm still getting the unwanted sustained notes when using the Fishman TriplePlay. I was hoping they'd fix it.
Doesn't happen in Logic or Studio One.

That kinda looks like DP wasn't receiving note offs? Or they were very late. Be interesting maybe to run MIDI monitor when you make a record pass and see what's going on in the MIDI stream.

So far so good, and it's smaller than 11.22!
