I definitely didn't mean to use Voicemeeter with R-e-a-p-e-r5. Only as a replacement for MOTU Audio Wave for 64-bit for your Windows audio, as Voicemeeter does sample rate conversions on-the-fly nicely. I've never had your issues you experienced with Voicemeeter, but I never try to run Windows Audio at low buffer sizes either (what's the point of doing that??) - 512 is all I need to watch videos and listen to music.

ASIO mode for the DAW.

I use both an Ultralite mk3 hybrid and an 828 mk3 hybrid. Early on, I was getting the "whistle" and the sound cutting out that you are getting. I tried a million things. It went away when I unplugged a fan from the same circuit as the audio system, but I doubt it was the fan! (Causation Error...) I suspected brownouts, too. It is gone now, but I never pinpointed the exact cause, sorry.

Keep doing factory resets, btw.

Yo! what's the point buy pro audio interface and use in on high latency's?
I try voice meter with Windows apps not for DAW. It's glitches, pop's, squeals etc with chaotic behavior.
It's definitely something with hardware unit!

Says you — but you could be right. The very last of those was made in 2006—all others are older. I bought mine on a close out in Jan. 2007 after the mkIII was announced at NAMM that year. 13 years is a long time for most electronics.

But... all of your issues have been reported before in Windows setups and are generally resolved by getting the right combination of drivers, sample rates, buffers etc. Macs have different issues and other resolutions.
