HELP! DP 7.24 crashes...RESOLVED

I'd like to add that it was a pleasure to deal with Apple, a company that I had come to believe was another NASDAQ F500 that really didn't give a $h!t about me or my computer. In comparison to my other experiences with other company's tech support, Apple gave me techs whose primary language was English, and listened without making me run down a list of scripted troubleshooting tips. Happy to be an Apple customer, again.

Most of my calls to Apple in the past have been favorable, especially once the techs realized I might know something they didn't. Not more than they do, for sure, but something they never heard of - which I probably learned here.
