I like the idea, for sure. But FWIW, you can also pop out the editing screen to across both monitors and loose the CW completely, at least that should be possible. That would give you even more editing room.

Yes that is true - I like the idea of having on the left sidebar the Track Selector and on the right sidebar the Mixing Board. But actually that is a good idea which I will also try. In getting down to some serious work I found the previous setup limiting - and I have been able to break out of the rut. Things are better under DP8 - thanks for your ideas.
