Facebook is not a requirement to get it. If you're on their mailing list you should have received an email with the option to get it directly from them, or through the facebook "like" page. It's worth it. I got mine, it sounds really good. Well worth it.

Though not the only way, it is the easiest way as long as their servers are overloaded. After "Like" you will be asked to login to an app called "Sweepstakes". This is how Arturia captures the email address to send the license - it does not direct you anywhere else.

I could use a bit of support from Arturia right now for a product I actually paid for. But I can't get it... their website is a train wreck.

I was able to download it but how do I activate it without Face Book?

At this point I'm not sure that you can. There's no support for this freebie, and the servers were getting overwhelmed, so they opted to make it available through FB. (I hope I'm wrong, but that's my best guess.)

It's well worth it! Took me beaucoup tries, but managed to get on their page last night, and download just before midnight. It's super-nice, like all their analog emulations. I actually bought all Arturia Synths over the years except the Minimoog, so I'm stoked.

Its great and you can save edited sounds. Not sure how I am going to get it into DP yet but at least I got it working with my keyboard and can edit the glide function. Some luvvly classic moog sounds. Now to experiment and see if I can get it working in DP.......

Silly me ! It loads as an instrument in DP - soon as I put DP on it checked for audio units and bingo ! The moog was there. This is great......

Took only a day and a half to get the email but it came.

I have only played with the stand-alone. You'll find it in the Applications Folder under Arturia.

It is fairly intuitive if you keep poking around but some documentation would be nice. Perhaps, in a few days the web site will be up and maybe there will be something to download.

Lots and lots of cool presets. My favorites all sound like the ones that Wendy Carlos came up with for Switched On Bach et all... Time to play and find new ones.

I finally got the FTP site to work in Opera - took forever to download. Then as I was entering the serial# from the email, I clicked on one of the attachments - opened Opera again and, as a torrent, downloaded it again in about a minute. Ok... It works! It's free!
