Have you guys used this feature on bass tracks? I'm about to mix a song where the bass player played a 6 string bass and pulled the 5 note sharp nearly every time he hit it all the way through the song in spite of my best coaching and begging. I was ready for a long cut-and-paste session but maybe could handle it with pitch correction instead. For some reason that solution never even crossed my mind.

I've used it on bass - a Clevinger electric upright and a regular bass guitar. With the Clev, I think some of the work involved changing some notes a half step or whole step because of a mistake in a chart.

I've also used DP pitch correction to fix tuning issues on vocals, flute, soprano sax, and alto sax, all with great success.

awe shucks Shooshie, say that ten times real fast :)
I really should have used Garritan Orchestral Strings instead of GPO's,
but in this context I think they sound good.

You are so kind Shooshie!

Just one problem with the vid, Dan: when it panned to MTT, you needed to add some sort of hot-air blower sample. ;)

(I guess it's obvious I'm not a fan of MTT, who has turned classical music into a product for his "brand.")
