Re: Organ and EP libraries advise
EP and Organ are not my area of expertise, but one organ lib to consider
might be Tonehammer Lakeside Pipe Organ.

Sounds like a lot of Organ for $59.
I don't own it, but the demos sound awesome to me.
But then again I love all of the TH stuff.

It's a very strange and unique organ.
I didn't like the audio demos at all (very grainy), but this organ might fit the bill in certain contexts. Not for standard use though (and anyway, it isn't a B3 clone but more akin to a church organ).

+1.
For electric piano, I recommend taking a look at Pianoteq. Not many people realize that in addition to great virtual acoustic pianos, Pianoteq also features a great Rhodes and Wurli "add-on" as well as a killer vibes add-on. Pianoteq uses no samples at all. You can demo the product - check their website:

There seems to be no end to what they have sampled or what they WOULD sample. And they have a way of making you actually want a sample library of "rust" or marbles or little clicky things. Interesting folks, these.

Re: Organ and EP libraries advise
I know a lot of people seem not to dig it, but I really like AAS's Lounge Lizard for electric piano sounds. I can't say whether it's in the same league as even any hardware keyboard electric piano sound, but I was looking for a VI with a small footprint that generated decent EP sounds and vibes, and I like it. Also, Korg's new "SV-1" board not only emulates electric pianos, but acoustics, organs and some vintage tape machines, plus, it has a real tube onboard and it emulates the amps and stompboxes (which you can tweak) associated with the various sounds. It's a bit pricey for just 36 sounds, so you may want to consider buying something like a Nord stage piano instead, but even a cheap Korg keyboard puts out incredible sound, so some comparison shopping may be in order:

I also have and love NI's B4 II (if you have two controllers like me, you can even set it up for dual manual playing; if you have a controller with sliders, you can even program it for drawbars!), which, unfortunately, NI is no longer making. However, if you can get your hands on one, say from a music store or eBay or whatever, it still works with DP (6.03 and Tiger, on my machine, but I suspect it'll work with Snow Leopard and DP 7, as well) and standalone, and is well worth the effort to track down. NI also discontinued Elektrik Piano, which I never used, and Pro-53, which I own and like a lot better than Arturia's emulation.

Re: Organ and EP libraries advise
The SV-1 is a very good board -- I tried it a few weeks ago. It has its strengths and weaknesses, but Korg is dedicated to updating its firmware regularly and is listening to user feedback and participating in forums.
I almost bought Lounge Lizard years ago. It is very playable, so it sun and inspiring. Doesn't sound very close though -- Pianoteq's recent emus come much closer (though they too are imperfect). Nothing yet tops Scarbee, even though it's sample-based.
