Sorry, here is the time to go to bed ...
At Tomorrow _
If I click on the Nomad Factory folder, inside Application Support, the permissions are grayed out. That means that not all of the contents are set for the same things. By resetting the permissions to that folder and telling it to set all the contents the same, then the permissions become solid-black & white, meaning that all the contents are now set the same. I do suspect that is the problem in many cases.

Remember that your other plugins were probably installed before Snow Leopard, so their permissions were already set properly. Nomad Factory plugins were probably installed since Snow Leopard, and the permissions may not be set correctly for all, even if some are correct.
corbo-billy wrote:EDIT: in the Nomad Factory's folder, we found just 37 Plug-ins and not 47; by example, where are the Blueverb and the Essential Serie ?
Mine also says 37 in the Nomad Factory folder, but I counted the plugins in the insert list, and there are definitely 47. Do not worry about that. It's correct! Some of them must be doing double-duty.

One other thing: if you cannot save your plugin settings in the actual plugin window, you can save it in the MOTU "preset" field in the header of each plugin window. It will save for the current project only. But you can load presets into other projects through the LOAD command. Maybe not a perfect solution, but it works.

You can also save them in the Clippings Window. Select the plugin in the Mixing Board Insert, then under the Edit Window choose "Save to Clippings..." menu option. Then you can have that plugin with its presets available to any project through the Clippings Window.

It's precisely this kind of save that does not otherwise: by clicking the ‘Save’ button located at the left of the Preset Setting label, it's work fine .
But, Some plug-ins do not have this "Save" button (ProgramEqualizer EQP-4, RockAmp Legend, LM Amplifier LM662 and the total of the Essential-série + BlueVerb DRV-2080).

I'm surprised to be the only one having this problem but I continue to seek !

Sorry to hear that-- it's unfortunately. It's sort of an unwritten rule of forums like this however, that no matter how good the deal, plugs, or DP version, there has to be someone that it's not working right for. For now, it must be your turn. :(

You mean November 8 I bet, right? :) I do hope you get it sorted out.

Abandonment of these plug-ins by Uninstall because no progress in the situation and think about it, I have what I need to work.
Nevertheless, good plug-ins included in this pack (BLUE TUBES PLUG-INS).

What do you mean they are for the current project only!? If you save them using that method they should also be available for any project. The only concern I have with using that method is that I used to do that all the time but when I switched from Tiger on the G5 to Leopard on Intel a bunch of those MOTU presets would no longer work. I spent some hours going back to the G5 and loading up all those presets and resaving them using the built in save functions of the plugins.

For some of the Nomad Factory plugins you have to save presets that way. But they're all working well over here.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words!

Here is how you save your presets for the plugins you mentioned:
See where it says None? That is where you save presets.

See my user preset which I named WARM & SMOOTH? I saved it, and it's in the User Presets section at the top of the menu:

Now look at the pop-up menu near the top left of the MOTU plugin window. See where it says WARM & SMOOTH? That's where you go to save user presets.

This makes the presets available for all projects.

So... there! Don't let saving a preset stop you from getting such a bargain of a deal!

Thanks for setting me straight on this. I'm not sure why I thought otherwise. Some buried memory recurring long after it was no longer relevant, I suppose. In any case, you're right. There is no need to put them in clippings or load them; they save universally.

Thank you for your help but it's too late, I have lost many time and don't reinstall these plug-ins.
This does not work despite the setting of this Picture !

There must be something else to settle but I have not found and when I click "Save Settings", nothing happens, no window opens and you hear a click, like a lock despite the good setup in the info window!
Window "Show Preset in Finder "also impossible to open !
