I'm doing the same and having no issues with any plugs, VIs or cards (Duende PCIe and UAD-1 PCIe).

Although the fix MOTU offered, which is explained in my first post, fixed major problems, last night I had complete crashes on bounce to disk in 7.0.1 in SL and when editing a soundbite using the ] grab and pull in reverse. I was unable to get a bounce to disk without a crash that required a hard system reboot so I'm still in 10.5.8 for the most part.
