I have dealt with Sweetwater and have found them to be in the same cost range as you know who, only Sweetwater is much better a customer service and knolageable. It is nice to deal with some one that knows the product, how many times have we gone in to a store where the sale crew knew far less about what we were interested in then we did?

Thanks guys, I appreciate it :) I only know ONE way to do business....... to be treated the way I want to be treated and know that whomever I'm giving my hard-earned money to is actually going to work for me, not just trying to sell me something and move on.

Brad,

First I think the site you are working on is great and I totally agree with your statement above.

wow, ya know when the light bulb goes on? It just went on for me... I just now realized you work for Sweetwater and what your background is and I understand now your responses to me in another thread about buying from a dealer that supports the product. I wish I had known all this prior to buying the 828Mk3. I probably would have known it if I had bothered to spend more time at this forum so I guess my due diligence was lacking.

I am tempted to return the 828 to the vendor I bought it from and buy one from you just to get the tech support. But before I do, I will call the vendor and see what kind of tech support they offer just to be fair to them.

At any rate, you have the right idea with your website, great work!
