No "Norwegian Wood" or Jethro Tull songs in your sets? :)

Nah... it's rock and roll. 4/4. Common Time for the common man... LOL.

Which reminds me of a joke that sort of makes fun of the simplistic nature of *some* rock and roll:

A kid goes into a small music shop for his first bass lesson. The instructor says, "Okay... first, this is the E string. I want you to practice taking your first two fingers and play consistent 8th notes on the E string with your metronome like this..." thump-thump-thump-thump-thump... "Work on that and I'll see you next Saturday."

Next week the kid comes in for his lesson and shows the instructor what he practiced. "Good," says the instructor. Now THIS is the A string. I want you to do the same thing, practicing steady 8th notes with your metronome on the A string like this... " thump-thump-thump-thump-thump... "Work on that and I'll see you next Saturday." Okay, says the kid and off he goes.

Next Saturday rolls around and the kid is late for his lesson. Finally, when the kid is about 15 minutes late, the instructor calls his house and he's surprised to hear the kid answer the phone. "Hey," the instructor says "what happened to you? Your lesson was today." "Oh, man... sorry," says the kid, "I had a gig."

It would have to be ON TOP OF THERE LIST one would think.

I mean it's vital really to what the program is and does.
Yeah kinda.

Oddly enough, I never encountered this in my last project, but I just started a new one and, yep - the metronome loses its mind during the first measure after the countoff. Way annoying but since I generally let it roll for two bars before I start its not too bad. Also, I've more or less replaced the metronome with a hihat loop from Stylus RMX that has a nice feel so I'm pretty OK for now.

+1 for this weird click behavior.
Perhaps, in this case MLC would have said : *What the heck?*

hey folks went into preferences under countoff and changed click to beat value then turned off quicktime and all other visuals....seems to have done the trick for now.
