To me it looks like an ugly child from logic and dp6...From where I come from we call that a bastard!
Hope the post production guys won't be too upset about the music-oriented features and that it won't interfere with the simplicity it used to be when editing sound for film.
ps: did you notice that they finally introduced the db levels next to the faders after what...10 years? No more guessing!
